WELCOME TO XY YOUTH GROUP!
XY stands for "Xtreme Youth" and that's what we want for our youth - to live an xtreme life for Jesus. Being a Christian isn't about religion or being boring, it's about a real relationship with a real, live God, and we believe you can live a fun life as a Christian!
XY Youth Group is for teens aged 12 to 17 and we have various trips and events throughout the year where we experience new xtreme things and get to know God even more in the process!
We meet weekly where we learn stuff relevant to today's teenager. It's not easy for teenage Christians in today's society, so we try our best to equip them to face the various issues daily. At the same time, we also have fun doing so, and can often also be found playing the Wii or other games, going bowling or going to our favourite place - Compass Christian Centre in Glenshee - a fantastic activity weekend!
Our Youth Workers are strictly vetted within the framework of our Child Protection Policy using the Disclosure Scotland scheme, so you can be sure they are in safe hands!
